- Nuance Mapping: Distinguish between a “Subjective Opinion” (which stays) and “Harassment or Hate Speech” (which must be removed)
- Contextual Auditing: Verify if a review is “Out of Sight/View” due to a technical mapping error or if it is a legitimate complaint about a physical business location
- Data Labeling: Maintain high-precision labeling to help train AI models in recognizing spam patterns across multiple languages and regions
