Key Responsibilities: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to ASOP Support. Respond to customer or end-user queries via ASOP tool systems Diagnoses and troubleshoot problems. Provide timely solutions or connect with respective stakeholders for solution. Log, track, and update support tickets in ASOP Jira. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers or users. Keep users informed about the status of their issues. Provide guidance or instructions for resolving problems. Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of ticketing tools Participate in process mapping and documentation exercises Work with other teams such as development, QA, or network teams for problem resolution. Stay updated on product knowledge and new technologies. Suggest improvements to support processes.
